By accessing the Keystone website or using the Keystone product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service description

Keystone provides job cost control software for contractors, including tools for quoting, expense tracking, change order management, document storage, and cost-code comparison.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscription and pricing

Keystone is offered at $125 CAD per month or $1,250 CAD per year. A two-month free trial is available after a demo, as described at the time of signup. Pricing and trial terms may be updated with notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Keystone in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service

Disclaimer

Keystone is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keystone is a job cost management tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
